Mark Rothwell, AVP Brand & Consumer, Direct, & Loyalty Marketing, American Family Insurance

Mark Rothwell is the Brand and Consumer Marketing AVP at American Family Insurance, a Fortune 300 company.  Mr. Rothwell leads Brand and Consumer Marketing which includes strategic oversight of the integrated brand and product campaigns, direct marketing, sponsorship and events, DreamBank and DreamKeep Rewards loyalty teams.  Mark is also a champion of Inspiring, Protecting and Restoring Dreams on behalf of American Family Insurance.
 
Mr. Rothwell joined American Family in January 2015 to lead the Product and Field Marketing teams after a successful marketing career including leadership roles at Oscar Mayer, The Coca-Cola Company, Miller Brewing Company, Famous Footwear, Dean Clinic and Aurora Healthcare.
 
Mr. Rothwell holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Business Administration from the University of Wiscsonsin-Stout.

Matthew Seifert, Director of Online Marketing, Evite

Matthew Seifert is the Director of Online Marketing at Evite, the customer-obsessed company focused on bringing people together face-to-face for life’s most memorable moments. Evite kicks off 6 million parties and gatherings every year, with over 2 billion invitations sent in its history. Since joining Evite in 2014 as Senior Manager, Email Marketing and Retention, he has built the company’s email marketing and sales partner program from the ground up. Using new acquisition strategies, Matt grew the email marketing database by millions of new users and has increased revenue year-over-year. In 2016, Matt spearheaded the company’s migration to a new ESP, a huge undertaking for a company with Evite’s scale.
 
Matt has reimagined the email marketing program and has increased overall engagement by keeping the message relevant to the customer at the right time. In his current position, Matt’s role has expanded to oversee all aspects of paid marketing channels including Email, Search, Paid Social and Affiliate.
 
Prior to Evite, Matt spent 12 years partnering with a number of e-commerce and telecom brands to support the development and execution of their Marketing programs.

Whitney Arcaro, SVP and Managing Director of Marketing

Ms. Arcaro brings over 15 years of cross-functional real estate experience. Currently serving as a Managing Director and Senior Vice President at RXR Realty, Ms. Arcaro is responsible for the growth and cohesion of the RXR brand across all business lines. She is also responsible for the marketing and communications of 23 million square feet of commercial assets in Manhattan and the surrounding region as well as the concepts, marketing and strategic branding initiatives for over 6,000 multi-family units in planning.

Before RXR, Ms. Arcaro was the Managing Director of Business Development for SHVO, Ms. Arcaro orchestrated the company’s strategic growth initiatives, effectuating a $3.5 billion investment and development pipeline in a 24-month period. She managed key elements of the business, comprising acquisition strategy, capital raising, EB5 financing and marketing, and also facilitating select executional components of real estate development and repositioning projects including hotel partnerships; retail strategy; and consumer identification.   

Before joining SHVO, Ms. Arcaro was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Vornado Realty Trust, one of the largest publicly traded REITs in the United States.  At Vornado, Ms. Arcaro directed all marketing strategies across the company’s portfolio of marquee assets in major markets including office, retail, residential, hotel, new development assets and major asset repositions. Ms. Arcaro was a key team member on securing major office or retail flagship tenancies for such tenants as AOL, Facebook, Disney, Google/Motorola, Cushman & Wakefield, and Top Shop. Ms. Arcaro was also an integral member of the industry-leading, nationally recognized sustainability team.

Ms. Arcaro oversaw Vornado’s major branding initiatives, including the winning program and bid for the multi-tiered retail and signage redevelopment of the world-recognized “bow-tie” of Times Square. She was also proactive in successful redevelopment and/or repositioning of the 800,000 Sq. Ft. 330 Madison Avenue, the 2.0 Million Sq. Ft. 1290 Avenue of the Americas, and the 1.8 Million Square foot Bank of America Tower in San Francisco. Ms. Arcaro built an interdisciplinary, multi award-winning marketing program for Vornado’s corporate, New York, and street retail platforms from scratch which included innovations in digital marketing and technologies as well as industry-leading sales centers and product positioning. She developed a major annual community event in San Francisco through 555 California Street each holiday season co-sponsored with the San Francisco 49ers.

Prior to Vornado, Ms. Arcaro was a commercial real estate broker working on tenant representation, landlord agency, consulting services and investment opportunities for multinationals and institutional organizations. 

Ms. Arcaro is a 2018 Featured Speaker at the national CMO Leadership Summit. She is a member of the Leadership Committee of the American Lung Association. She has produced award-winning feature length and short films featured at SXSW and Sundance Film Festivals, including a critically and politically hailed feature on conditions of veterans, which garnered over 12 festival awards and coverage in the Washington Post, International Herald Tribune, and the New York Times.

Yen Roxas, Manager - Asia Pacific, Chevron

Yen has been with Chevron for more than 25 years with various roles in the company that includes retail operations, strategic network planning, property management, site selection and marketing programs, more recently he is responsible for stewarding the opening 25% of Caltex retail network in Asia Pacific and lead the non-fuel retail partnerships with various industry leading companies such as McDonald’s and Bosch Car Service for the region, 7-Eleven in Philippines & Malaysia, Jollibee in Philippines, Central Food Group in Thailand.

From 2014 to 2018, successfully launched 7 customer loyalty/rewards program partnerships in five countries (Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong).

Recently added to his portfolio is the retail business innovations leveraging technology to remove customer “paint points” and adding “joy” to the customer journey.
