Can Sports & Online Gaming Boost Your Loyalty Program Engagement?

Wednesday, September 21, 2022 - 10:00 AM - 10:40 AM
Customer acquisition costs continue to rise as the market becomes more competitive and customers become more sophisticated. A key challenge facing the loyalty industry is the ability to engage and retain customers once the acquisition investment has been made. Additionally, many reward and prize alternatives are similar across programs, making the need to differentiate even more imperative. With growing loyalty liabilities, brands could benefit from alternative rewards.
The market for sports and online gaming is gaining popularity with the increased legalization of sports betting. With these changes, loyalty programs have the opportunity to offer gamified sports solutions as an alternative reward. Gamification engages customers, differentiates the rewards experience, and can add another opportunity to communicate with customers about the sports they’re passionate about.
In this workshop, attendees will learn how gamified sports and gaming solutions can be leveraged to lower acquisition costs and increase engagement and retention for less cost than traditional rewards. Additionally, the session will walk through a real-life case study on Loyalty Gaming.
Key takeaways from the workshop will include:
  • A New ‘game-changing’ Opportunity - Sports Gaming in America:  The market for sports gaming is exploding and is now part of the total fan experience: from media, to the leagues, to household brands.
  • Loyalty Gaming: How can loyalty gaming solutions address key challenges with your loyalty program, including getting members engaged again.
  • How it can work for your loyalty program or customer engagement strategy
