Digital Transformation | A Brand Perspective

Thursday, October 29, 2020 - 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM
Over the last several months, every industry has been upended by various economic and social changes, and many have been required to pivot at a pace never seen before. If an increased focus on digital wasn’t at the top of a brand’s to-do list to start the year, it quickly became a requirement to remain engaged with customers.

Digital transformation is not an easy task at any point, but especially with a limited timeline. It requires the right people, data, technology, and processes to come together to keep the customer central to the overall project focus.

During this panel session, leading marketers will share their digital transformation experiences over the past year, and share details on best practices, insights, and opportunities for the market today.

Key Focus:
  • - Managing transition, getting in front of your customer, and keeping them engaged
  • - Best practices during a digital transformation
  • - Focus on digital and zero-party data
  • - Loyalty/rewards apps, communities, social media, and gamification
