Loyalty360 Awards Finalist Presentations: Creative Campaign

Leading up to Wednesday’s Loyalty360 Awards ceremony, the finalists competing in the 2018 awards will share details of their programs and strategies in fast-paced, 10-15 minute presentations. These presentations give attendees a chance to hear first-hand from the brands that are delivering experiences that set them apart from the competition and create happy, loyal customers.

After the presentations, attendees will vote for their choices for bronze, silver, gold, and platinum in the particular category. 

Speakers

Adora English, Communications Consultant, Celebrity Cruises

Adora English brings a robust entertainment background to Celebrity Cruises. From executive producing in every television daypart to working with Hollywood’s hottest celebrities and red-carpet events, Adora is a respected media strategist and communications executive. She offers experience in all facets of digital and broadcast media, public relations, marketing and talent management.
 
At Celebrity Cruises, Adora works hand-in-hand with the executive team to further enhance the Celebrity guest experience through PR, exclusive events, high-profile partnerships and leadership initiatives across all brand verticals amplifying global visibility.

Hannah Jag-Nathan, Email Marketing Executive, UK & Ireland, Celebrity Cruises

Hannah Jag-Nathan has been with Celebrity Cruises for two years and manages all Captain’s Club marketing initiatives in the UK market. Prior to Celebrity  Hannah was responsible for email marketing at GTI media and also managed all B2B email marketing communications at Essentra.  Hannah’s deep experience and expertise is centered around creating innovative and interactive marketing pieces through copywriting, design and personalization leveraging GIFs, CSS animation, widgets and other tools to maximize engagement.

Jaclyn Adams, Sr. Manager of Global Loyalty Marketing, IHG

A results-driven marketing professional, Jaclyn has over fifteen years of experience with both advertising agencies and corporate marketing teams working across consumer-facing and B2B clients and programs. While at InterContinental® Hotels Group (IHG), Jaclyn has led a variety of integrated global marketing initiatives to support hotel brands and the loyalty program, IHG® Rewards Club. In her current role, she is responsible for brand strategy, management and marketing of IHG® Rewards Club. Earlier this year, Jaclyn spearheaded the member engagement communications that provided a seamless experience for Kimpton® Karma members integrating with IHG® Rewards Club.
 
Prior to joining IHG®, Jaclyn was an Account Director at Brunner, where she led Account Management Teams for Atlanta Bread Company, Beazer Homes and SeaPak Shrimp Company. With over ten years of Agency experience, Jaclyn is well-versed in fostering relationships across the business and being a champion for bringing exceptional creative ideas to life.

Lindsay Norton, Director, Marketing, SCENE

Lindsay Norton is a passionate, customer-centric marketer with experience bringing data, insight and technology together to create meaningful customer experiences. Lindsay leads marketing strategy & planning for the SCENE loyalty program, responsible for all aspects of program marketing including awareness, acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation, surprise & delight, and segment-specific marketing. Lindsay has deep experience in digital marketing & CRM including 8 years at SCENE, and prior experience at Rogers.

Sarah DePotter, Loyalty Program Leader, Domino's

Sarah has spent the last 8 years at Domino’s in various roles enabling experiences in many key marketing functions. Sarah has been integral to the success of numerous marketing initiatives including multiple award-winning advertising campaigns, the launch of the Domino’s DXP purpose-built delivery vehicle and the successful evolution of the Piece of the Pie Rewards program. Working on this program has brought out Sarah’s passion in developing the best experience for Domino’s customers by leveraging data and exploring the needs of the changing consumer.
 
Sarah’s responsibilities include finding new ways to engage members through program enhancements and improvements. In 2017, Sarah expanded the Domino’s digital-based rewards program by launching offline earning across 5,000+ domestic stores. This program improvement now gives customers the ability to earn points in-store which is a first from any national based pizza chain.
 
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
