Loyalty360 Awards Finalist Presentations: Customer Experience Strategy

The finalists competing in the 2024 Loyalty360 Awards will share details of their programs and strategies in fast-paced presentations. These presentations give attendees a chance to hear first-hand from the brands that are delivering experiences that set them apart from the competition in creating loyal customers. 

As a part of the award process, all registered conference attendees are eligible to vote for platinum, gold, silver, bronze and honorable mention (if applicable) for each category. Winners will be announced during the Loyalty360 Awards ceremony. 

Category Description - Customer Experience Strategy
Now more than ever, brands need to demonstrate a true understanding of their customer’s expectations through the delivery of positive customer experiences as a result of a comprehensive customer experience strategy. From technology to training to socialization and implementation, these brands are committed to
delivering consistently positive customer experiences from all levels of their organization. The Customer Experience Strategy may be a part of or separate from the brand’s overall customer loyalty strategy.

Speakers

Carrie Cohen, Marketing Loyalty & Analytics Manager, Cinergy

Carrie Cohen has seven years of marketing experience, four of those with Cinergy Entertainment. Carrie’s responsibilities include leading loyalty marketing initiatives to optimize acquisition, retention, personalization, and promotional strategies. Carrie is also responsible for analyzing campaign performance, and growth of the loyalty program. Carrie is an MBA graduate of Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi.

John Giaquinto, Vice President of Loyalty Personalization and Analytics, Rite Aid

John is the Vice President of Loyalty, Personalization, and Analytics at Rite Aid. Prior to Rite Aid, John launched a digital-only loyalty program at Hannaford Supermarkets (part of Ahold Delhaize).  Additionally, he has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, with much of that in retail. His experience includes data-driven marketing roles from a variety of perspectives, including Vice President of CRM at Symphony EYC (including clients Ahold USA and Rite Aid) and Manager of Customer Loyalty Marketing at Shaw's Supermarkets.

Mike Kerr, SVP - Digital Director, Bank of America

Michael is a 27-year professional with Bank of America, working in Preferred Rewards, Advertising and the Learning organizations. A proven individual contributor and manager, inspiring teammates to achieve and develop their skills. A consistent exceeds performer and avid volunteer; currently supporting the Food Bank of Delaware, Habitat for Humanity, Fort Delaware and serving as the secretary for his HOA.
 

Shannon Torabi, Sr. Manager - Digital & Loyalty Growth, Tim Hortons

Shannon Torabi is Sr. Manager of Loyalty & Digital Growth at Tim Hortons Canada. She is responsible for the ongoing operations and continuous evolution of the Tims Rewards program. She also oversees several initiatives to drive engagement within the full Tims digital ecosystem, including new app features and key digital campaigns & games such as Roll Up to Win, Tims Hockey Challenge & the new Tims Word Challenge.
