Loyalty360 Awards Finalist Presentations: Program Partnership

Leading up to Wednesday’s Loyalty360 Awards ceremony, the finalists competing in the 2018 awards will share details of their programs and strategies in fast-paced, 10-15 minute presentations. These presentations give attendees a chance to hear first-hand from the brands that are delivering experiences that set them apart from the competition and create happy, loyal customers.

After the presentations, attendees will vote for their choices for bronze, silver, gold, and platinum in the particular category. 

Speakers

Mark Rothwell, AVP Brand & Consumer, Direct, & Loyalty Marketing, American Family Insurance

Mark Rothwell is the Brand and Consumer Marketing AVP at American Family Insurance, a Fortune 300 company.  Mr. Rothwell leads Brand and Consumer Marketing which includes strategic oversight of the integrated brand and product campaigns, direct marketing, sponsorship and events, DreamBank and DreamKeep Rewards loyalty teams.  Mark is also a champion of Inspiring, Protecting and Restoring Dreams on behalf of American Family Insurance.
 
Mr. Rothwell joined American Family in January 2015 to lead the Product and Field Marketing teams after a successful marketing career including leadership roles at Oscar Mayer, The Coca-Cola Company, Miller Brewing Company, Famous Footwear, Dean Clinic and Aurora Healthcare.
 
Mr. Rothwell holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Business Administration from the University of Wiscsonsin-Stout.

Mostafa Boutajrit, Senior Director, Total Rewards and National Promotions, Caesars Entertainment

As the Sr. Director of loyalty and national promotions, Mostafa Boutajrit oversees marketing and operations for Caesars’ 55M member Total Rewards loyalty program including customer benefits and national promotions. 

Mo drives programmatic changes and system enhancements for the program which has won numerous industry awards.  Under Mo’s leadership, Total Rewards has expanded from a gaming-centric loyalty program to include hospitality earn and redemption options.  Mo has been critical to onboarding marketing partnerships, new acquisitions and strategic alliances that have extended the reach and perceived value of Total Rewards beyond Caesars’ owned and managed properties.

Mo’s team approaches loyalty with the mindset of creating emotional experiences for members. Mo believes loyalty today should be a happy marriage between data and art, across a multitude of elite brands.

Mo started his career with Caesars 20 years ago, with multidiscipline background including Finance, Internal Audit, Casino and hospitality Operation.

Amber Chahal, Director, Partnerships, SCENE

Amber Chahal is an experienced loyalty strategist with over 15 years’ experience in account management, loyalty and financial marketing, and data analytics. Amber manages the strategic and promotional partner relationships for SCENE, assisting in the development of overall loyalty strategy as well as providing customer and data insights to support CRM activity. Prior to SCENE, Amber spent four years at the AIR MILES Reward Program in Client Services, supporting a number of sponsors during that time, including the LCBO and Rexall.

Judy Reeves, Director of Public Relations - The Americas, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts

Judy Reeves is the director of public relations for the Americas region for luxury hotel group Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. In this role to build brand awareness for Shangri-La and its sister brands, she spearheads media relations, influencer relations, and industry partnerships to drive revenue from travelers originating from North and South America. Through strategic communications of the brand’s values and globally expanding portfolio, Shangri-La has consistently increased its earned and shared media placements, which has helped drive revenue increases in all key regional markets.
