Much has changed over the past two years regarding Web 3.0. This session will give marketers running customer loyalty programs an overview of Web 3.0 in customer loyalty, what has changed, what is working, and where the industry may be going. Chris Miller, Chief Revenue Officer at Flaunt, and Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty360, will lead the discussion. Chris will define Web 3.0, share insights from leading brand applications to date, and discuss how loyalty marketers can leverage these new technologies.

Mark Johnson will add a perspective of what he sees from the brand perspective coming from Loyalty360 Brand Members and through Digital Roundtables on the topic, allowing time for attendees to participate in a Q&A at the end of the session.

Chris Miller, Chief Revenue Officer, Flaunt

Chris is a co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Flaunt, the world's first enterprise web3 loyalty software company. In early 2022, Chris and his co-founders joined venture studio, High Alpha, to launch Flaunt. Flaunt helps brands drive incremental revenue and deeper customer loyalty using modern strategies and web3 technology. Prior to Flaunt, Chris spent a decade in advertising at Publicis, Centro (now Basis Technologies), and MiQ, leading enterprise client engagements with brands such as Progressive, The Home Depot, TaxAct and more. He most recently served as MiQ's US Vice President of Client Partnerships.
