Tapping into the Fastest-Growing Loyalty Opportunity

Wednesday, May 16, 2018 - 2:40 PM - 3:40 PM
Similar to how the desktop era shifted consumer’s approach to everyday tasks almost 30 years ago, more recently mobile has drastically changed the way users interact throughout their daily lives. In fact, mobile commerce is today’s fastest-growing channel, far outpacing brick-and-mortar and ecommerce. One major differing factor: how consumers discover and purchase on mobile is far more siloed than desktop.

When you look at one industry pining for the beloved starting point, loyalty and reward platforms  have an incredible opportunity to lead the way on mobile, evolving beyond receipt-scanning technology and acting as a true point of discovery for users.

In this session with mobile partnerships platform Button, attendees will learn first hand how mobile is radically changing the loyalty landscape, the importance of data, better consumer experiences, driving incremental traffic for brands, and what’s next for the future of mobile shopping.
