“I think we all know how important customer loyalty is and gaining that loyalty and trust doesn’t happen post-purchase or post-engagement,” states Greg Ademietz, VP of partnerships for Rapt Media in Boulder, Colorado, “it’s something that happens throughout the customer lifecycle.”
At the 2017 Loyalty Expo in Orlando, Ademietz will present a session titled “Give Them What They Want: Customer Onboarding that will Surprise and Delight.”
“The Draw Shop and Rapt Media are working together to provide their clients with amazing content that drives great behavior at very critical parts of the customer onboarding journey,” says Adamiets, “and that‘s what I’ll be talking about.”
The Draw Shop specializes in creating whiteboard video presentations to explain complex concepts in a way that is impossible to misunderstand. Indeed, interactive whiteboard animation or IWA is an exciting new tool for marketers.
Through leveraging marketing staples like gamification and segmentation, IWA produces valuable data collection, automatic segment analysis, and ultra-tailored user experience through a channel proven to attract more attention than conventional video.
Through IWA users can select from among several story branches while marketers learn more with each choice made about how viewers interact with the brand and message. Insights, such as providing up-to-the-second interaction data to find preferences and leaks in the sales funnel, helps marketers build and refine their marketing message.
“I think anyone who is directly involved in any part of the customer online experience or journey, including marketing folks and those managing loyalty programs will learn a lot in the session,” says Ademietz. “Also, people who are looking at metrics around customer satisfaction, and trying to drive behavior with a new customer set as they progress through a journey whether it be a product service or subscription will benefit.”
Attendees will also learn about the power of giving customers control and choice in the content they view and the experience they have with the brand. Another topic of discussion will be great ways to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in critical stages in the onboarding process.
“Lastly and maybe most importantly because our partnership with The Draw Shop,” Adamietz says, “we will be spending time talking about the power of the marriage between whiteboard animation and interactive video we’ll be going through some real-life examples and sharing some of the results.”
Loyalty Expo, the true Voice of the Customer-driven and best practice-focused customer loyalty conference, will be held May 2nd through the 4th at the Caribe Royale Hotel & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
