Terms & Conditions
By registering for Loyalty360 conferences, you agree to allow Loyalty360 to share your contact information with its sponsors. To opt-out of this practice, contact Loyalty360 at info@loyalty360.org. By registering for the Loyalty Expo, you agree to allow Loyalty360 the ability to utilize photos, quotes, video footage and other information associated with your participation during the event for promotional purposes.
 
Payment
Payment in full is required along with a completed registration form in order to attend the expo. If a registration form is received without full payment it will not be processed.
 
Cancellations and Conference Pass Transfers
Conference pass cancellations may be requests within 14 days of purchase. After the 14 day window, Loyalty360 conference passes are non-refundable, however they be transferred to another Loyalty360 event or attendee.

To transfer a pass to another event, all requests must be made in writing to Loyalty360 up to 14 days prior to the start of the expo. Approved event transfers will be issued a letter to credit to be used towards a future expo.

Substitutions may be made free of charge up to 14 days prior to the start of the expo. Any substitution made with less than 14 days notice will incur a $150 administrative fee. All requests for substitutions must be made in writing to Loyalty360 sent to: info@loyalty360.org.

In the case that conference pass transfer to another event or another company attendee is not an option, a letter of credit will be issued toward a Loyalty360 membership.
 
Travel Restrictions
If you are a registered conference attendee and you find yourself in any of the below scenarios within the 30 days before the show, we’ll be happy to move your ticket to next year’s show, another Loyalty360 event, or Loyalty360 membership fee so you can have peace of mind that it won’t go to waste.

• The state/country you live in closes its borders to travel;
• The state/country you live in issues advice not to travel; or
• There’s a further lockdown phase in the state or country you live in.
 
Registration Approval
Loyalty360 reserves the right to validate registrations as brands/marketers and vendors/suppliers. Vendors/Suppliers who inadvertently register as brands/marketers will be given the option to have the difference charged to their payment option or refunded their registration fee. Loyalty360 reserves the right to refund full registration fee due to limited space and availability.
 
Conduct Policy
Loyalty360 reserves the right to expel any person(s) who are disruptive or disrespectful to attendees (at or before the event), exhibit area or to the hotel or hotel staff. Attendee agrees that such removal will not constitute a refund of registration fees, travel or any lost expenses. Attendee understands that such behavior may result in recourse by Loyalty360, the hotel and/or another attendee.

For Loyalty360’s in-person and virtual events, select sessions will be made available on-demand to registered conference attendees after the live session. These sessions are not available for download and may not be distributed or shared in any manner. Additionally, during Loyalty360 events, attendees are not permitted to record sessions on personal devices.
