CMO vs. CFO: Finding Common Ground on the Value of Customer Loyalty

Thursday, May 14, 2026 - 1:20 PM - 1:55 PM
Customer loyalty has long been viewed through different lenses across the organization. For CMOs, it’s a driver of engagement, brand affinity, and long-term customer relationships. For CFOs, the focus is on financial impact, cost efficiency, and measurable return. As loyalty strategies continue to evolve, aligning these perspectives has become increasingly critical.

This panel will bring together brand leaders to explore how organizations can better define, measure, and communicate the value of customer loyalty. From balancing short-term performance with long-term growth to building a shared framework for success, panelists will share how they are working across the C-suite to position loyalty as a strategic business driver.
