The Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Awards

We Are Now Accepting Entries for the 2019 Loyalty360 Awards!

Now in their 6th year, the Loyalty360 Awards are the most coveted awards in customer loyalty. With an emphasis on objectivity, The Loyalty360 Awards recognize brands that are building lasting and profitable relationships with customers. The call for entries is open from November 1, 2018 - February 1, 2019. 

Any brand with a customer loyalty strategy, initiative, or program is eligible to enter. Vendors or partners are encouraged to submit on behalf of a brand client. 

Four finalists will be named to each category in March 2019 and will present their final entries during the Loyalty Expo, May 20-22, 2019 in Charlotte, NC. Following the presentations, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze winners will be announced during an awards ceremony. All finalists will receive an award at the ceremony.

2017 Customer Loyalty Awards Results 

After deliberation by an objective judging panel of top-level customer loyalty executives, the finalists for the 2017 Loyalty360 Award have been announced. Each of these brands has demonstrated excellence in at least one of six categories, and together comprise a snapshot of the innovators looking to usher in a new era of customer experience, loyalty, and engagement.

2014 Loyalty360 Awards

Congratulations to the winners of the inaugural Loyalty360 Awards presented March 17 at Loyalty360’s 7th Annual Loyalty Expo at the Hyatt Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida. Thirty-five finalists representing some of the world’s top brands were chosen from a field of more than 62 original contestants. The winners were selected among six categories and for the overall, best-in-show “360 Degree Loyalty Award.”

Loyalty360 Awards 2014 Panel of Judges

For the inaugural Loyalty360 Awards we have called on a robust group of industry experts to apply their extensive knowledge of loyalty marketing to identify the brands that are true Loyalty leaders.

Loyalty360 put a number of measures in place to enable our judges to be as objective and unbiased as possible. Entrants are encouraged to submit performance metrics, allowing judges to consider empirical evidence of the effectiveness and success of their strategies.  Nominations are scrubbed of explicit references to marketing taglines, company, product and program names before the judging process. Judges are required to agree to a Code of Conduct, including terms on handling confidential information and non-solicitation of the companies who are participating. We are pleased that the rigorous judging process will help us identify true leaders in Loyalty Marketing.
