The Loyalty360 Awards

Now in their 8th year, the Loyalty360 Awards are the most coveted awards in customer loyalty. With an emphasis on objectivity, the Loyalty360 Awards recognize brands that are building lasting and profitable relationships with customers.

The Loyalty360 Awards are open to brands of any industry and brands from around the world! Any brand with a customer loyalty strategy, initiative, or program is eligible to enter. The Loyalty360 Awards are unique in that there is a two-part judging process, with the final winners selected by attendees at the 2021 Loyalty Expo in Charlotte, NC.

After the finalists are named in September 2021 for each category, finalists will give a short presentation of their entry to conference attendees. Following the presentations, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners will be announced during an awards ceremony. All finalists will be recognized during the ceremony and will receive a trophy to take home.

All submissions must be through our online entry portal, but please see below for additional information on how to submit, key dates, the Loyalty360 Awards judging process, and more.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email carlystemmer@loyalty360.org. View the official 2021 Loyalty360 Awards website here

Loyalty360 Awards 2014 Panel of Judges

For the inaugural Loyalty360 Awards we have called on a robust group of industry experts to apply their extensive knowledge of loyalty marketing to identify the brands that are true Loyalty leaders.

Loyalty360 put a number of measures in place to enable our judges to be as objective and unbiased as possible. Entrants are encouraged to submit performance metrics, allowing judges to consider empirical evidence of the effectiveness and success of their strategies.  Nominations are scrubbed of explicit references to marketing taglines, company, product and program names before the judging process. Judges are required to agree to a Code of Conduct, including terms on handling confidential information and non-solicitation of the companies who are participating. We are pleased that the rigorous judging process will help us identify true leaders in Loyalty Marketing.
